4v4 to 5v5

Players are paired up. You are only responsible for marking/tackling your own player.

Out of possession - pressing, individual marking, tracking.

In possession - mobility, width, depth, creating space, rotation.


S - smaller pitch, bigger pitch, locked in zones

T - locked in 1v1 in zones, a reward for scoring goal

E - use small goals, end zones, multiple goals

P - no GK, overload, underload, floaters


Restrict - you must win the ball in opponent half

Relate - 2-0 down, you must win the game

Reward - if you win the ball in the opponent half and score = 2 goals
